How Do I Return or Exchange an Item?
A: We want you to love every product you receive from Willowridgecatalog.com, but we know there are circumstances when a particular size, color or style may not meet your expectations. If this should happen, you may return the item(s) by following the instructions on the Return Form portion of your order's packing slip. Please indicate the return reason and quantity returned.
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the instructions to indicate the desired exchange. Your exchange order will be sent to you at no additional cost. This program is only valid for shipments within the United States.
If you are making a return using the pre-paid mailing label provided on your packing slip, $6.95 will be deducted from the refund for return postage. Use of the postage-paid label is only valid within the United States.
Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you insure your package for the purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back to us.
Your return will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase (excluding shipping and handling charges). For returns made after 90 days, refunds will be issued in the form of a merchandise gift card for the original purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges).
You will receive a notification when we have received your return. If the original order was placed online, you will receive an email notification. If the original order was placed by calling our toll-free telephone number, you will receive a postcard notification.
Can I track the delivery of my package?
A: To get tracking information on your package, visit your Order Status. Log in if you are already a registered customer. If you are not registered, you may do so if you provided an email address at the time you placed your order. Register Now From the Order Status page, you may click the order number you want to track. The tracking ID for each package in your order will be displayed in the order detail. Simply click this tracking number to track your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
A: In-stock items ship within 2 business days. To check on inventory availability, please call: 1-800-964-9030. For items not in stock, please allow up to 30 days for shipment. Delivery time through our Standard Delivery service will vary depending on your location, but please allow 5-9 business days after we ship for receipt of your merchandise. If you would like your items faster, choose our Express Delivery service for an additional charge and you can expect to receive your in-stock items within 3-5 business days after we ship. Please be advised that your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Has My Return Been Received?
A: You will receive a notification when we have received your return and credited your account. If you provided an email address at the time you placed the order, you will receive an email notifying you when we have received your return and credited your account.
You can also check the status of your return in Order Status. Log in if you are already a registered customer. If you are not registered, you may do so if you provided an email address at the time you placed your order. Register now. When your return has been processed, it will be listed on your Order Status as returned along with the date we processed it.
If the returned item is an exchange, the item that will be shipped in exchange will appear on your Order Status as a new order.

A: You can check the status of your return in order status. Log in if you are already a registered customer. If you are not registered, you may do so if you provided an email address at the time you placed your order. Register now. When your return has been processed, it will be listed on your Order Status as returned along with the date we processed it. If the returned item is an exchange, the item that will be shipped in exchange will appear on your Order Status as a new order.

What are your shipping and handling charges?

What shipping services and delivery times do you offer?
A: In-stock items generally ship within 2 business days. Delivery time through our standard delivery service will vary depending upon your location. Ground shipments generally arrive in 5 to 9 business days. Express Shipments arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Please be advised that your order may arrive in multiple packages.
We offer shipping to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO and FPO addresses for no additional cost. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are shipped via ground mail. We do not offer express shipping options to these locations. Please note that all ground orders being shipped outside the continental U.S. can take up to 35 calendar days.
We currently do not accept international orders.
What is Your Return Policy?
A: Willowridge.com guarantees all merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within 90 days of receipt to make an exchange or receive a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges). Please include the completed form from the invoice enclosed with your order. For returns made after 90 days, refunds will be issued in the form of a merchandise gift card for the original purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges). Deductions on multiple savings items are subject to reduction if merchandise is returned. Altered or abused items may not be returned.
